Car history:
2) 1968 Corvette 427 Convertible VIN 194678S401517 Matching #'s 427/ 390 horse power engine. With added 400 hp, factory tri-power. Casting number 3916321. Date code I117. engine pad number T0922IL 18S401517. 4 speed transmission with the VIN # stamped on the side case. 3.08:1 positraction rear end. Runs and drivers excellent. Driver quality paint. Some minor chip and paint imperfections, but shows well. Nice body with bonding strips intact. Very nice rust free frame. Nice chrome. Newer body weather stripping. Seats are leather and need dying, but have no rips. Newer carpet. Original door panels, which are in good condition. Nice original dash. Newer carpet. White convertible soft top. Also includes hard top. Correct rally wheels with newer BF Goodrich T/A radials. Correct center caps and trim rings. November 30, 2008.

1) A classic 1968 Corvette 427 convertible with matching number 4-speed transmission, block and heads. The car was born with a single 4 bbl. carb and it put out 390 hp, but somewhere along the line an owner added the correct tri-power intake and carbs. The car now puts out 400 hp. It is corvette bronze, the original color, but it has had one repaint I believe. It is a good paint job, and the car shines. The interior may be original, but I am not positive. The odometer shows just over 58,000 miles, and I suspect that is original, but I can not verify it. The interior shows very minor wear which would be consistent with a low milage car. The interior color is called tobacco, and there are no rips, tears or separations. I have no documentation for the car, and I have not hunted for a tank sticker. The car is in very good shape, rust free, and I would classify it as a very high quality driver. It runs strong, and really moves when you kick the tri-power in. Mustangs are its main source of iron. It does not have power steering. 58,500 miles. Colors from the owner. September 9, 2008.
