| This is a beautiful example of a Silver Anniversary Corvette. Silver two tone with the dual glass mirror roof panels with a gorgeous red cloth leather accent interior. This is an automatic transmission and the motor is the L-82 option which was 220 HP upgrade for 1978. I bought this car from the original owner and have since replaced brakes, oil pan and head gasket seals as well as a rear main seal and pipe from the manifold back to the original rear dual exhaust. Tuned and runs great with no problems. The body and paint are excellent for original with no major spider cracking or delamination problems. Minor rock chips touched up to give the car an absolutely 9 out of 10 appearance. Miles are original. Interior is beautiful with no real significant wear marks with no tears and carpet really appears next to new. Well maintained with original paperwork in car. AM/FM Cassette Player. Only non functioning part is the clock. Air conditioner serviced and converted to the newer coolant. Tires are new and wheels in great shape. I have extra center caps if any are ever lost. This is a great car for Sunday cruises and to take to shows without having to invest a fortune. No dissappointments with this car. Also includes $200.00 new Wolfe cover. Car always covered and stored indoors. |
