Car history:
This vehicle is in excellent condition. Has T-tops, chrome bumpers front and back, and removable back window. I have owned it since 1980 (28 years) and have had any restoration work performed by a shop that specializes only in Corvettes. Replacement parts were made using OEM. Original purchase agreement and all repair/maintenance receipts. Stored inside during the winters and driven on an occasional basis during the summers. The engine was rebuilt in 1998 and only has 2,500 miles on the new engine. Everything was restored as original manufacturing specs except a small shift kit was installed in the transmission and a slightly more agressive cam was added. The sleeves for the pistons were also changed so the engine runs on unleaded gas versus leaded gas. Comes complete with a new car cover and the original factory manual. Tires are in great shape, including the spare, and the factory alarm system works. Minor chip near the nose. It has not been in any accidents. Undercarriage is like new. Motor numbers match vehicle. Some extra chrome under the hood and original chrome tips on the dual exhaust. Still has the original radio too. Owned by a non-smoking female. 68,092 miles. April 5, 2008.
