Car history:
This car was purchased new from Tom Henry Chevrolet on Route 8 in Bakerstown, Pennsylvania on November 13, 1975. Mileage at time of delivery was 5 miles. It was sold new to a Kenneth Jakubowski from the South Hills area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kenneth lovingly enjoyed the vehicle and drove it sparingly until a divorce in the early 1990s forced him to sell the Corvette. The Corvette was sold to George Liotus also of the South Hills of Pittsburgh before being sold to Kevin Shook of Burgettstown, Pennsylvania in 1996. Mileage at the time Kevin Shook purchased the car was just over 10,000 original miles. Keving enjoyed the car through his passing in 2006 and in 2009 the Corvette, now with 46,000 miles was purchased by Kevin's son Bryan and his wife Christina Shook of Enola, Pennsylvania. The car has recently been repainted in its original Classic White hue and the interior has been completely restored with new white leather seats and door panels and Firethorn Red carpeting.
