2) 1968 Corvette Big Block Convertible. Original 427/ 390 motor with 4 speed. Manual Brakes and Power Steering. Car is set up like an L88 with functional hood and air box with K & N filter. Hedman headers into 69 side exhaust, Air Gap Intake and Holley 750dp. Car runs beautiful. Sounds great. I have all original parts. Car drives straight and true. Clutch and brakes are good. No smoke or noises from engine or tranny. Side pipe covers have some pitting. Seats are not great and carpet is not too great either. Top also a bit rough. It is white but weathered looking and has a cut in rear window. Most door, window and hatch seals have been replaced. Tires like new. Paint is new. Originally silver car, l but now Lemans blue. Car has 85,000 original miles. Come see it in West Hempstead, Long Island. No bid ats tarting $45,000 on October 23, 2017. 1) Seen at $21,800 on October 15, 2015. This is a numbers matching car that runs and drive and is mechanically sound. The car is beed blasted and primerd now, doors open and close good and all gaps on the car are good there are no stress cracks in the fiberglass and the frame is very solid. The car is a very complete car that will need painted and interior work. The car was in storage for years when we got it and tires were dry rotted so we put new tires, went through the brakes and replaced what was needed changed all fluids and filters and so on to get it running and driveable so now it's just down to doing cosmetic work and you will have a great car.
