I have owned this car for 3 years and have loved driving it. In May of 2011 I replaced the stock engine with a balanced 383 engine. , new starter, new fuel pump, new water pump and new Stall converter and two many , small parts to list. The new engine is close to 400 hp now with a partial list of internal parts Dart Pro 1 alum heads, H beam rods , forged pistons Stage 4 street/strip cam, Comp Magnum roller rockers.. It also has black powder coated headers, Proform 750 carb., aluminum dual plane intake and Mallory dist. The car has been repainted and is good with very few cracks like most Vetts this age.
