| The last of the last. The last year for chrome bumpers and the last year for the removable rear window; one of the best options ever offered. This is a stunning automobile. It is powerful and it drives, runs and sounds like it should. It can be proudly displayed. A beautiful automobile inside and out. It really has a lot going for it. The color is so rare, most people have never seen one, an Elkhart Green Vette. Alone with the deep saddle interior, an absolutely breathtaking combination. (A85) Custom shoulder belts, (C60) air conditioning, (J50) power brakes (N40) power steering), (N37) tilt-telescopic steering wheel , The exterior and interior color is GM correct, Elkhart Green and saddle. This is, in my opinion, the best combination ever. The paint is rich, deep, brilliant and very shiny. There are no body cracks so common to older Corvettes. The T-Tops are in real good condition and do not leak. The bumpers are like brand new. The panels all line up including the doors, tops, headlight doors, bumpers and fenders. This is a closer-you-get the better-I-look automobile. There are minor imperfections, of course, but it takes a trained eye to find them. All in all a head swiveling classic. The interior is really rich looking. The saddle trim make you feel like you are wrapped in luxury. The seats and carpet have been redone to manufacturers standards. This car also offers a tilt-telescopic steering wheel, one of the most asked for options on classic Corvettes. It is next to impossible to get in and out without it. The clock still works.
