You are bidding on a 1979 Corvette 4-speed, of the 53,807 made in 1979 there were about 4,062 that are factory manual transmissions. The car has approx 55,500 miles on it and I drive it so that may go up. I bought the car about a year ago and have done a significant amount of work , mainly to get it as reliable as possible, I replaced all of the hoses, distributor, wires coil spark plugs, power steering hoses, fuel lines. I also installed a 1405 Edelbrock Carb with electric choke, Edelbrock intake manifold, starter solenoid, new printed circuit boards behind both the speedo and tack gauges and also the center console gauges. I installed a new center console and emergency brake cover, New Black carpet in the front driver and passenger area, LED bubble style rear tail lights, new bulbs through out the car. There are so many more updates and upgrades that I can't remember them all at the moment but I have receipts.. I need to replace both exterior door handles, 25.00 on ebay and not a difficult job. It will need painted at some point, its not real bad and looks great at 10 feet. notice pics...once in a while, on start up, there is a puff of smoke so at some point it will also need valve seals done, again not a tough job, $15 for the part.. T-Tops work and look great, no leaks. The Title states a mileage discrepancy, the person I bought it from said it only had 49,000 miles and when I took it to the DMV it had 14,298 or something l like that and since he was not with me there was a discrepancy... no biggie. I have tons and tons of paperwork, from the original owner till me I am trying to be as honest as possible on here so if you have additional questions or want more pics please let me know.
