| 1972 Corvette Stingray Wagon customized conversion done many years ago. It has been in storage for almost 10 years. Eyecatcher for sure, definately different, unique just some of what they say at the car shows. It has a tinted moon roof thats pretty slick. The interior has been done proffesionally in diamond patterned orange crushed velvet with no wear marks or tears. It has a 350 cu. in. 4 barrel that starts on a click, 4-speed posi rear with large clutch for hyped small or big blocks. For exhaust it has chrome Hooker header side pipes kit. I do have the original side body aluminum trim panels, I couldn't bear chopping them up to fit. I recently installed a new Holley carb and water pump. For options it has A\C, electric windows, power locks, teliscopic and tilt steering wheel. There's a viper 500+ alarm system, red florescents and a LX-3 Head unit installed professionally, the 2 knobber is history!! Thats about a days work alone!!! I had new master cylinder, pads and stainless piston calipers by Florida Vette Products installed just before it was stored. Amazingly enough they still work wonderfully!!! There are True Spoke rims on the Vette but they're rusted. I have a complete set of true spoke rims and tires in excellent condition. The paint is a metalic brown in very good condition but there are a few chips here and there. All the panels seem very straight with no damage. The undercarrige or frame looks original with no repairs and has an undercoating.The rear flat glass is cracked but I do have some tinted auto glass a new piece can be cut from. I do have the original window price sheet and owners manuel. 79,566 miles. April 12, 2008. |
