It is a original number's matching 427 cid Mark IV Big Block V8 4bbl 390HP car with the following features. - Muncie M21 close ratio 4 speed transmission - Independent 3.70 ratio rear end with posi-traction - Mirror finish, correct (#986 coded) Cortez Silver paint - Correct coded (#411) bright Blue leather bucket seating with matching carpets. - Removable T-tops and rear window - AM/FM stereo - Factory (4) Four wheel disc brakes - Full factory gauges + 160 mph +7.5k tachometer - Detailed engine compartment - Great sounding bumper exit dual exhaust - 15 Corvette rally wheels w/ BFG redline radial T/A's - Exceptionnal matching #'s real 427 Big Block Corvette. This car has only 24 miles since restoration and looks great, runs great, with no problems found. NDLR: Pollution system has been added lately (look engine pistures). The restoration was completed in late 2012. It was a frame off restoration and most of the interior parts were replaced to new including the odometer. June 23, 2010. 1) Beautiful 1969 427:390 Corvette with T-tops. This vehicle is in superb shape, both mechanically and cosmetically. All numbers are matching and the engine and transmition are the original. The exterior is 1969 Cortez silver with clear coat. The paint, fiberglass fit and finish is in excellent condition. All chrome is in great condition void of any pitting or corrosion. The bright blue interior has recently been restored to very high standards. All interior components have been replaced or refurbished to as new condition with the exception of a few. All fiber optics, gauges, and all the other bells and whistles work great. We have owned this car for 12 years now and it has always been stored in a climate controlled garage and driven only on special occasions to local car shows, etc. The odometer reads 34000+. There's no way to tell if that's the original mileage, but I can tell you the owner we purchased the car from had stored it and used it only on occasion as well. The engine was redone some 7 or 8 years ago and still shows well. The car is not in concord condition, but it certainly is a car that is in show condition that you can drive any where. $36,990.
