ORIGINAL COLOR COMBO (British Green - code 983), NICE CONVERTIBLE TOP. OVER $20,000 IN RECEIPTS FOR PARTS ALONE. EVERYTHING WORKS. This is an original big block, tri-power Corvette that runs and drives everybit as good as it looks. It can be driven anywhere just as it sits with no hidden mechanical issue. You haven't lived until you have rowed through the gears in a big block vette! 81,075 miles. August 14, 2009. 1) This is a numbers matching 427 tri-power, 400hp, 4-speed convertible. I don't have the tank sticker or build sheet. It has been adult owned and driven for 20 years. Car underwent a body off restoration approtionately 10 years ago. There are 80,783 on the car and 4,000 miles since its completion. Runs and drives very well. Everything works, including the clock and wipers. Motor, trans, and differential have all been proffessionally rebuilt. Motor has all new internal components, except crankshaft. Interior had new gauges, seat covers and foam, carpet and door panels installed. Body was stripped, re-gelcoated, and painted in original british green using PPG base/clear coat. The items I know not to be original are the tires (BF Goodrich 255/60 X15) including the spare, center caps, center shift plate (1969), starter, and battery. Complete new wiring harness and suspension components were also replaced. Over the years wisconsin roads have caused a few cracks and blemishes, but overall the body/paint are in great shape as is the frame. 80,783 miles from the odometer. Colors from the owner.
