| Posted 10/13/2016 1975 Corvette Stingray Convertible. This vehicle was purchased in 2012 with 18,000 original miles on it. In 2014, new stereo, speakers and amp were installed. In 2015 the brakes were replaced with 6-piston Wilwood brakes in front and 4-piston in the back. The front and rear suspension were replaced with Speed Direct Shark Bite 2nd Stage Instigator Suspension, and Steeroids rack-and-pinion steering. The engine was swapped out at approximately 32,000 miles and Tristar Engines SBC 427 was installed with a 3 inch header-back exhaust. New Be Cool radiator was installed. Vehicle and hard top were repainted in a Red Diamond Tri-Coat, and a black canvas top was installed to replace the damaged vinyl top. Coy C5 wheels were installed with Nitto NT555 rear tires and NT05 front wheels. In winter 2015-2016, Corbeau A4 seats and 5-point harness were installed as well as new carpeting throughout the vehicle. New LED headlights were installed with halos and daytime running lights. Vintage Air A/C kit was installed as well as push-button start with keyless entry. iPad mount and iPad included. There is a set of black chrome ZR1 style wheels with Nitto NT555 tires and spacers that can be included if wanted. |
