| Car history: |
| I am the third owner of this original numbers matching 1979 Corvette. The first owner passed away in 1982 and his wife garaged the car for over 20 years. The second owners purchased the car in July 2006 with 9871 original miles. They replaced all the belts and hoses under the hood and the original mufflers with a pair of FlowMasters. I purchased the car in July of 2009 with 11701 original miles. The vette has the original black lacquer paint from the St. Louis assembly plant and the original black leather interior in almost mint condition. All equipment is original to the car and working, with the exception of an Alpine stereo system also added by the second owner. I also have the original Delco AM/FM 8-Track Radio came with the car. |
