This is a beautiful car, as you can see in the pictures. I bought this car just over 2 years ago and have been too sick to finish it. The tires are like new, I put in a new stereo with a CD player and all new speakers. Also, I put in new gauges but I have a ground on the back of the plate and I haven't had the time to get it found and get them all working. The headlights work and all the vacuum works well. So now for the things I know that don't work, windshield wipers, horn (in column button - horn honks), AC - I have not charged up so I don't know but it looks good. The biggest thing is that someone took the original motor, which I believe was a 454 (it has a rear sway bar) and replaced it with a 305 - ouch. The motor runs great and I have got it as peppy as it can be but it is simply not a corvette motor. Also, the paint is in very good shape with the exception of a scratch on the nose - which I put on it moving it around. I have too much going on and would very much like to find a good home for this guy. A crate engine and a guy who likes to piddle on cars and this would be a very good one to do. It runs and drives great as it is, so this one is good to go as a driver or just running to meets/shows. The car is located in Knoxville, TN. 93,000 miles. Color codes from the trim plate.
