Car history:
This is a survivor 1972 Corvette convertible. The color BRYAR BLUE was one of
the rarer colors. Only 1,617 of the 27,004 built were painted this color. This vette
needs to be repainted....the body is good, only showing some minor chips and
scratches, but the paint, mostly original is faded out. ( the pictures look better
than the actual paint) the brightwork is all pretty nice, but not perfect. It has good
tires mounted on rally wheels. The interior is good....the seat covers may have
been replaced. The door panels and dash are also good. The original carpet is
faded, and needs replaced or at least dyed. The original radio has been replaced
with an aftermarket am-fm-cassette player. The white convertible top is good, but
not brand new.......this car has the original number match 350 engine....the car
runs and drives well.......the odometer shows 60,000 miles, according to the title it
is actual....but I can't guarantee it. ....the car feels like a 60,000 mile driver.
Somewhere along the line someone replaced the original hood with a domed LT-1
version......overall......this is an honest survivor car that could be enjoyed as-is or
repainted to make it a diamond.......good bumper cars with a high % of originality
that are affordable , are hard to come by these days.......call tony @ arenamotorsales.
