Built by Bill Mitchell Hardcore Racing Engines this Corvettes new power-plant is a very capable 454 LS6 block bored .060 over to 468 cubic inches. New steel L88 connecting rods with ARP hardware Crane 575 lift/310 duration camshaft roller rocker arms Manley stainless steel severe duty valves square port heads ported and polished 3 angle valve job with 2.19/1.88 valves 12 to 1 pistons aluminum intake all built by Bill Mitchell at Hardcore Racing Engines. Bolted to this beast is a TCI T400 transmission with a 2800RPM stall converter with a manual shift valve body and trans brake for a easy launch at the release of a button! The rear differential is built to handle this power with a 4:10 ratio steel cased posi traction unit with HD chrome molly half shafts HD joints and fiberglass leaf springs with traction bars. Mickey Thompson 325/50/15 ET street drag radials are mounted to the rear wheels to help with the traction but still keeping it street legal. Has the tinted glass t- top L88 hood and a new 4 core aluminum radiator to keep you and the car cool! This super clean Corvette is a pristine example of a well kept C3 that was built to run at the strip or the street. This Corvette has options including; Power Steering, Power Brakes upgraded radio with AM/FM/CD, aluminum alloy wheels are wrapped in drag radial tires. |
