| Car history: |
| Pristine 1968 Corvette Sport Coupe Roadster that comes complete with both the black vinyl soft top and marina blue hard top. This is a numbers matching 327ci/300hp car with a console automatic transmission, also numbers matching. Power steering and power brakes. Rare, original heat shields. Runs and drives superbly. This car has tons of documentation including original owners manual and Bloomington Silver certification and scoring documentation reflecting this car's score of 96%. This was also the 1968 feature car in the published book "Corvette - The Legend Lives On : 1968-1986" showcasing an exemplary example of a corvette from each of those years with a comprehensive photo spread. This IS the corvette from the book. Pictures of the vanity plate shown on the corvette in the book tie back to the registration of the previous owner and make this car that much more important and interesting - and the spread in the book is simply gorgeous, as is every aspect of this car. This is a true investment opportunity for the true corvette enthusiast - you'll want this car in your collection! Supposed to be Bloomington Silver. Buy it now at $35,000. December 31, 2012. |
