| Car history: |
| 1) Gorgeous 1970 Corvette Stingray roadster. This is a numbers matching car sporting a 350 v8 with a 4 speed manual transmission. There were 17316 Corvettes built in 1970 and of these only 6648 (38 per cent of production) were roadsters. While C3 Corvettes are not rare nothing beats an early stingray with chrome bumpers bold lines nimble handling and plenty of power. Style and fun to drive in one low riding package is never going to go out of style. The stingray is the very successful 3rd generation Corvette that stood at the top of the muscle car heap before government regulations. This one is finished in red with a black interior with black vinyl seats. The chrome remains in excellent condition as well. Both headlights work although one is little slower than the other which is very common on these. The black convertible top remains in great condition. The heater appears to work as well. The carpet shows some fading but remains in good condition. The seats dash and door panels remain in good condition. This car handles excellent and goes down the road very smoothly. This car is a must have with no wrong decision here. BiN $34,900 (Ended) on December 22, 2019. |
