| 2) My 1969 corvette is waiting for you to restore. It was in Galveston during IKE and was flooded but has been bead blasted down to the fiber glass. 95% of the bodywork is completed. Frame has been acid dipped and powder coated. Original engine rebuilt by professional machine shop (have receipt). Have original 4 speed muncie transmission rebuilt by professional (have receipt). Has hard top which was also media blasted. Has frame for convertible top. Original steel wheels and center caps and beauty rings. Original color was Cortez Silver with black top and black interior. This is one of the few that came from the factory with A/C, power windows, tilt and telescoping steering, 350 motor and 4 speed transmission. You will need to aquire the complete interior, a dash, gauges, suspension and wiring harness. I do have the seat frames, they just need to be recovered. 53,700 original miles. Color codes from the owner. Built date D29. May 17, 2010. 1) From the factory this car came with: Power Windows, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Tilt-Telescopic steering column and Air Conditioning. This corvette has a nice body with good lines but has a crack in the back driver side corner. When we were picking the car up the guy forgot to put it into gear and it rolled back and bumped a car. The corvette is now painted orange but originally was Cortez Silver (986) with a Black (ZQ4) interior. Under the hood this corvette features a 350ci engine paired to a 4-spd manual transmission with a posi-traction rear end. The frame is solid. The interior has black vinyl seats, and all the original gauges. The faces on the gauges are not foggy and are original. |
