| A great car inside out that brings me lots of joy and thumbs up every time I drive it. This is a true example of a turn key and go car. It runs, drives and stops great, you can drive it cross country. Runs cool even in the hottest weather. It comes with all types of cool features such as pop-out rear window, disc brakes, power brakes, new wheels and tires with only couple of thousand miles on them, headers, 670 Holley 4 barrel Street Avenger carburetor, Elderbrock performance intake, Petronix high performance ingnitor, and new true dual exhaust system to name a few. The car has a healthy running and recently fully built 383 Stroker motor with a mild cam that pushes close to 400hp and a fully built 4 Speed manual transmission, that puts all those horses to the wheels, which makes this, a true one of a kind ride every time you drive it. The motor and trans have less then 4,000 miles since the built and the car shows 35,927 miles on the body. The white paint job is very nice and shines well with normal wear. The black interior is also very presentable with normal wear. It features all working gauges, speedo, tach, all working cluster gauges, working headlights, working wipers, dome light, turn signals, working side vents, e-brake, retractable over the shoulder seat belts and a tilt / telescoping steering wheel.The car presents very well and is worthy of local car shows but by no means a perfect show or museum quality car. The chrome bumpers are in very good shape as the rest of the cars trim. Underneath is all solid and clean with no signs of rot or repairs. The frame is straight as an arrow with no rot. The car was always garaged and adult driven. It was only enjoyed on sunny days and never seen rain, snow, or salt. This is a perfect example of a great quality classic chrome bumper stingray corvette that is only going up in demand. This classic Stingray Corvette is a perfect reminder of what a true muscle car should be. You want a great corvette with a health motor and a desirable 4 speed, this is it. Take it on road trips or drive it cross country, this is one Vette that will always put a smile on your face every time you drive. Sold for $16,211 on August 29, 2016. |
