1973 Corvette Coupe Project L-82 4 speed

This car is listed as a project car because it needs Frame Repair. We have looked
at the frame extensively and feel the frame is repairable, but the body would have
to be removed.

This car has extremely nice paint that was done by a professional Corvette paint
shop (not by us). The paint is very, very nice. The jambs and hood jambs appear
not to have been painted when the car was refinished.

This is a 4 speed car with power steering.

The interior seems to have recovered seats and new door panels and shows
extremely well.

The odometer reads 51,440 and by the look of the car, it seems to be correct.

The engine compartment is very clean and detailed.

The front end looks as if somebody rebuilt it and cleaned and painted everything.

The car has new tires.

We are selling this car for a customer who came to us for a rear spring and did not
realize he had frame issues. This car is an easy project for someone who has a
shop, welding experience, or is familiar with Corvette work.

This car looks as good in person as it does in the photos.

The frame repairs needed:

The frame has a few rot spots in a few odd places. The rear lower pinion crossmember
needs replacing. The frame gussets (corner pieces at pinion crossmember $24.00
each) need replacing. Along with some repairs to the inner frame rails where they
attach. The trailing arm up kicks will need some repairs as seen in the photos.
There is also a repair needed by the left side rear end crossmember (see photos).
Most of the frame including the front is in extremely nice shape with the paint still
on it. With the body off it would be a relatively easy fix, possible a rear frame
section would fix everything.

The car has the hard work of the painting already completed. The frame repairs
are a lot less time consuming to bring this Corvette to the next level.
