Car history:
Purchased vette out of high school Scottsdale, AZ 1982. Prior owner Dan Borter. Non-original car, early Ecklers front and rear end prior to purchase. Rear clip replace in 1983 with (at the time) 4 inch flares. Removed 4 inch flares in 1985 and replaced with Ecklers 2 1/2 inch rear flares (too many issues with 50 series tires for a daily driver). Still own the car as of July 2019. Recently replaced rear lid aft of deck lid, all new bonding for aft fenders, door sills, RH door replaced with almost perfect donor. Later model C3 fender/windshield clips installed to accommodate later C3 hood. Non-original car, but acts and sounds mean. Need to finish soon for at 55 yrs, the grunt work is getting old. Need to finish gap seams (a pet peeve of mine), high build and paint.
