1968 Chevrolet Corvette, 327 V8 – 350HP, original + matching numbers, RESTORED! Here is a "classic" restored, 1968 Chevrolet Corvette, 2 door convertible. Color is blue with brand new blue vinyl interior and a brand new white vinyl convertible top. This Corvette is nicely restored top to bottom - inside and out and kept in immaculate condition. The exterior is in excellent condition overall (no dents, dings, blemishes, etc). The paint job was recently professionally done and the body is straight with a solid frame. The glass and mirrors are all new. Everything is uniform as it should be and the white top has a nice snug fit and is in excellent condition as it is rarely used. All the chrome trim and weather stripping is in great shape as well. The tires are sizes P225/70/R15’s with plenty of tread and the wheels are the original stock 15” wheels in excellent shape. This Corvette is rust free, 100% garaged, and utilized more of a cruiser weekend car. It has been meticulously cared for with plenty of attention to detail throughout. The engine is the original matching numbers 327cu V8, two wheel drive, with a 4 speed manual transmission with approx. 350HP! Odometer reads as 36k miles. The transmission and engine have both been thoroughly gone through and are in excellent running condition with some newly upgraded components, which include: new valve covers, new cables, hoses, and clamps, new shocks, new roller rockers, an MSD ignition, new power steering, new dual exhaust system, new 4 wheel disc brakes, and much more! Records and receipts are on hand along with a clean title. It’s very easy to see how well everything has been maintained under the hood. The engine is turn-key and healthy as can be. The interior is brand new and appealing as is everything else. The blue carpet, the blue vinyl seats, and door panels, are in excellent shape overall with hardly any signs of wear. All functions and options including dash cluster and all gauges work properly as they should. Added for enjoyment was a 10 disc CD changer and speakers which are nicely mounted behind the seats in the convertible top compartment. The condition of the interior is truly appealing.
