1979 Corvette Coupe with T-Tops. 350CI V8 with roller rockers, Edelbrock aluminum heads, Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, 750CFM Holley 4-barrel carburetor, cast aluminum tall rocker arm covers, coated headers with true dual exhaust, x pipe, 2-top glasspack mufflers, new interior, new Hancook tires, new power steering control and hoses, Indy pace car front spoiler. Has been converted to 200R4 4 speed automatic transmission with electronic lockup converter. Air conditioning is present, but has not worked since I bought it. Cruise control is also inoperative. Actual color is Corvette Light Beige with Doeskin interior.
Buyer will also get original three-speed automatic transmission and converter, original intake manifold, original heads, original exhaust manifolds and complete system, original seat cushions, original door panels, original storage compartment covers, new adjustable strut links, new emergency brake cable, extra wheel center covers, new transmission tunnel side panels.
I bought the car in August of 2005 as a repaired insurance car. It was a recovered theft with minor body damage. The body damage had been repaired when I bought it. Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles insisted the car be Titled as "Salvage". I have invested well over the reserve price in reconstruction costs alone. I bought a C4 Corvette at Carlisle last year, and cannot keep the C3 too.
