| Car history: |
| 1) This is a running project car. It starts runs drives and stops. It doesnt have any overheating issues. It has an aftermarket aluminum radiator and dual electric fans. It needs all interior. Also body work in front. I have two tubs of parts that were given to me when I bought the car. Gauges, speedo tach. Some small interior parts. The dash is in good shape. Wiper parts which are removed. Manual window regulators. It looks like the car was stripped for paint and all parts were not given to me. The car starts right up and runs strong. It appears to be the original trans and it shifts good and had no issues when I drove the car. The brakes needs some attention as the pedal is spongy. There are no pop up headlights but an aftermarket kit to convert to the square non pop up lights are included. I have a clear texas title. Included is side window glass. The rear popout window. I dont believe there is any hardware to mount it. The windshield is new. It appears the seats were redone as they are soft and clean. There is a Carpet kit that didnt look very old but had marks where the seats mounted. There are some plastic grill pieces I was given also. I dont really know anything else about the car. I bought it with intentions to restore it and physical injuries prevent me from doing it. Please keep in mind the car looks great in the pics. Pictures lie. There are scratches and chips all over. yes it shines but it needs new paint. Also the front looks like rebuilt calipers and new pads are on it. I was informed by a Vette specialist that this body was changed and it still needs attention with the mounting in a few places. He said nothing about frame damage only body. I do not know the history of this car. I bought it sight unseen and was not given parts as promised. I just dont have the time or ability to finish it at this point. I have driven the car and it drives straight and runs strong. The power steering is not 100 percent working. The car is being sold as is no returns or refunds I am not a car dealer. If somebody wants to fly into sf airport I will pick you up and bring you to the car for inspection. Also I was told it was a 383 I do not know how to confirm that so it's a small block chevy. The front parts such as the lower chrome grill guards and the piece that is showing below is loose. Those parts aren't bent as it apears in the pics. BiN $7,995 (Ended) on May 14, 2017. |
