1968 427 Corvette Coupe - Original 427 car with 1966 Corvette 427 block - Block casting # 3869942, stamped IL - All original glass, body panels and interior - Originally LeMans Blue with dark Blue vinyl interior. Not installed with the car is a 1969 3x2 400 horse power intake, casting # 3937795 and the correct Holley carbs. The car has all new tires, new American Racing Wheels, a new gas tank and battery. Car runs well and does not overheat. All exterior lights and signals work and the headlight doors work well. All the gauges work and the power windows roll up and down. All indications are this was a originally a 390 or 400 horse power car. The following items on the car do not work or have issues. The windshield wiper door does not open, the dash lights do not come on and the radio does not work although it is original. The rear wheel calipers are leaking brake fluid periodically. The original gas tank is boxed up, but did leak. What does remain of the original tank sticker has been retained. Odometer shows 64,000 miles, however actual mileage is unknown.
