| 1969 Corvette Convertible, "Original Bloomington Survivor". This is an amazing un-restored three owner big block. This is an extremely original "survivor" and not in need of restoration. Highly documented, one of the most documented I have seen, and those are listed below. Complete matching numbers original drivetrain with the baddest of the bad 427/435 horsepower engines with an M21 4 speed tranny. Exterior paint is in very good condition, with typical aged stress cracks, nicks and chips, but considering it's 39 years old I would rate it an 8 plus. Exterior chrome and trim work are all original in great condition. The undercarriage is very original with typical light surface rust and 49,749 miles of use. The car has always been kept in a climate controlled garage, and is currently part of a large private collection of GM cars (mostly 69 camaros). The engine and drive train is completely original to the car and has NEVER been removed. The engine compartment is original and has not been detailed. It runs, starts, and operates as it should. It does not smoke or leak fluids. The tranny shifts effortlessly in all gears, and runs and drives like it was new. The interior is extremely original and in excellent condition with one seam tear on the driver seat. The door panels are in excellent condition, gauges work correctly, original top in very good condition without need of repair. The upside potential value of the car will continue to rise as they are only original once.
