| This is a 1969 Stingray SURVIVOR. The wheels and stereo are not original and the paint has had minor touch ups. Other than that, the car is original. This is not a showroom condition car. It is almost 40 years old and until I purchased the car 2 years ago it was not garage kept. It is mechanically sound. It starts on the first turn of the key, handles great, and sounds awesome. I drive it to work on really nice days and it is a real head turner. The car has factory a/c, power windows and power steering. It does not have power brakes because real men did not put power brakes on 1969 muscle cars. It also has the N-14 finned side pipes that were available ONLY on the 1969 model and not all '69s had these pipes. They are very rare. January 31, 2008. |
