| This is a 1980 L-82 Corvette that has been in the same family since new. I bought it from the nephew of the original owner. It still had the original paint on it when I bought it but it was very worn and lacquer checked so I had it repainted. The interior has been redone at some point with the seat cushions and door panels recovered in velour and it looks very presentable. All gauges and instruments work except the clock. Heater, Defroster and A/C controls work fine and the A/C is still charged and blows cold. It has an aftermarket AM/FM/CD stereo that works great. The odometer shows 49,000 and I was told by the previous owner that it was actually 149,000 but that the engine and trans had been completely rebuilt around 100K miles. It runs and drives like new, steering is tight and brakes are excellent. Utah law requires that all used cars undergo a safety and emission inspection prior to sale and this car passed with no problems. The frame is in pristine condition with absolutely no rust issues at all. The exhaust appears to be all original and in very good condition. There are no leaks or dribbles of oil or any fluids coming from underneath. Tires are Goodyear Eagle STs with over 50% tread life remaining.
