Car history:
Beautiful 1975 Covertible Corvette Stingray L48. This car has had a frame on restoration performed over the last 5 years. New paint, new flexiglass bumpers, new leather interior, new stereo with CD changer and rear mounted speaker bar, new premium canvas top. This car also has it's original hardtop that is painted the same color as the car. A couple of convenience mods are, 16" chrome rally wheels and electronic ignition. The nices upgrade is a 5 Speed Tremec manual transmission has been installed which makes cruising on the freeway very nice. This car cruises great on the freeway at low rpm's. This upgrade was $3,500.00 alone. Of course a new clutch and disk was installed as well. New badging and light lenses we also install as well as a new windshield. The engine has been rebuilt to stock specifications by L&R Engines in Santa Fe Springs Ca. New exhaust system and mufflers. If the new owner would like to put the car back to original I have the original wheels and transmission that will go with the car. This has been a California car it's whole life and has been garaged for the past 15 years so rust is not an issue. The engine and trans do not leak any oil and the car runs as new. All gauges and clock work as they should with the exception of the oil pressure gauge. This gauge is electronic and not mechanical and the needle on the gauge has an electronic bounce that fluxuates. I've been told that it is a bad gauge and have not had a chance to replace it yet. In my opinion the car is a solid #2 restored Corvette and is alot of fun to drive.
