| Beautiful example of what a car should be. This is a real deal 427 tri power car that has only 63,000 actual miles. This car has had a body off restoration and is absolutly stunning. The engine is not matching but is a date correct 1968 396ci. casting 6323 which is a 375hp block, all other components are correct including a matching numbers tranny and rearend. This car is basically brand new from the ground up, including all new suspension bushings, new brake calipers and rotors, new gas tank, high performance clutch, new fuel lines, brake lines, body mounts, starter, wheels, BF Goodwrench redline tires, battery, weatherstrip kit, carpet and too much more to list. I even have the tank sticker with this rare beauty!! The top is in very nice condition with no tears, dry rot or loose threads but the back glass is somewhat faded.The wiper door goes up and down as it should but the wipers do not funtion only a click when I turn them on. The interior is in near perfect condition with only a small place on the driver bolster that has been sewn at some time (see pics). All gages work as they should incuding the tack, clock and fiber optics!!! The car is a dream to drive with LOTS of power and nice clean and crisp hifts. It has the right aluminumized side exhaust with correct chrome covers that look and sound amazing! It drives straight down the road with no sqeaks rattles and stops just as straight. Pictures do this car no justice. The blue/blue is just an awesome color combo on this car!! 63,193 miles. 07/14/2011. |
