| It is a factory code 992 corvette bronze color car. this car is a daily driver type car and needs some finishing in which will be explained. I recently purchased as an unfinished project car and brought it to the current stage. The car has a ton of eye appeal with nice looking paint that has many scratches and chips as shown in the pictures and the chrome is original and what you would expect after 48 years. the engine isn't numbers matching but the trans is the original and still has original 1968 only AG code 15x7 rally wheels. it has an accident free body and excellent frame. The previous owner spent thousands on the following: Fresh rebuilt 350 with edelbrock intake, holley carb, HEI ignition, and nice sounding camshaft, new clutch, has ORIGINAL VIN MATCHING MUNCIE 4-SPEED, new radiator, new gas tank and sending unit, new dash wiring harness, new headlight harness and new engine harness, new dash pad and new lower dash pads on both driver and passenger, new center gauge housing I have replaced the following: all 4 calipers and brake pads, new brake lines and hoses, new tires, new shocks, new windshield, new carpet. The car is currently drivable still needing the vacuum for headlights and wiper door to be made functional, the speedo cable to be hooked up and the emergency brake is frozen and non functional, and the rear trailing arms have rust splitting at seams but definitely still drivable. There is NO CONVERTIBLE TOP ASSEMBLY with the car. Sold for $15,600 on November 24, 2016. Sold again for $13,655 on December 1, 2016. |
