| Beautiful 1972 Corvette Stingray. The car is a gorgeous red, powered by a 350 c.i. chevy engine with a stock 4 barrell carb, hedmann headers, low restriction exhaust, with a 4 speed manual transmission. The car was authenticated by a corvette group to be all numbers matching. The car has a 410 posi rearend. Car does not have power steering, power brakes, or power windows. This car has been very well taken care of. The interior looks like new, with hardly a mark on anything. The interior is black, with a lot of chrome accents. The seats don't have any rips or tears, and are very comfortable. Looking down from the seats you see a beautiful black carpet with black floormats sporting crossflags. A black dash grabs your eye it is very clean, no check or crack. Under that is a selection of guages; speedometer, tachometer, fuel level, water temp, clock, oil pressure, and battery, and they all work. Whether your cruising through town or out shifting gears, the car runs cool and has great oil pressure (about 60 p.s.i. at 3,000 r.p.m.). The removeable T tops function great, do not leak, and have their own storage bags and shelf. This corvette is one of the few to have a removeable rear window, and that also has a storage bag and shelf. The console looks great, nice chrome, nice paint, original radio, and ash tray with cigarette lighter. This car does have astro ventalation. The door panels look very nice, they do have some small checks or cracks on arm rest. Behind the seats is the factory storage compartments with the original jack and lug wrench. The exterior of the car is awesome. The bumpers and all the trim look like new and have no dent or scratche. All of the windows look great and do not have any chip. The paint is shiny and smooth, it does have a few spots that are cloudy but i would say 9.5 out of 10 on a scale of 10. Next to the rear bumpers there are some small cracks in the paint but you can hardly see them, they would not show up in pics. The car is sitting on 4 brand new american racing chrome wheels with 4 brand new uniroyal tiger paws (800 miles on wheels and tires). Also the car is completely undercoated. Nine years ago the car was completely restored, repainted, rebuilt engine, etc. I have a box of receipts for engine work, engine parts, and many other restoration parts. The car has been driven about 900 miles since then. The car also has all new vaccum tanks and lines for the headlights. And a newer interstate battery and power cutoff switch. Extras included: custom car cover, stock manifolds and tailpipes, sill plates, stainless brake lines, rear end center section. Available: 4 corvette rally wheels, stock chrome hubcabs with crossflags, and 4 brand new Firestone F-70-15 wide oval red line tires. I did ride in the car and it does run and drive very nice and does not have any squeak or clunk. It could use a quick tune up just to crispen it up, but overall a very nice car.
