Car history:
Added to Registry 03/22/2013

1980 Corvette with a GM Performance Parts 385 Fastburn engine with about 33,000
miles on it. Engine has great oil pressure, no noises, never gets over 180 degrees
even on the hottest days. Get pretty good gas mileage, too! The engine has the
upgraded H.O.T. camshaft and 1.6 roller rockers. According to GM, this combo
gives 425 horsepower with 425 lbs of torque. The car is EXTREMELY FAST! Has a
650 mechanical secondary Holley carburetor with electric choke. Super competition
Hooker headers, 2 1/2" dual exhaust going into stock mufflers. Has a 350C transmission
with lock-up converter and 3.07 rear end ratio. Car is a good highway cruiser. All
gauges work. The frame and birdcage have NO rust issues.

In the last year, I've done a lot of work to this car, including:
•Rear end rebuilt with all new bearings and clutches for the posi unit
•New half shaft U-joints
•New strut rods
•New trailing arm bushings
•New spring cushion bushings
•New shock absorber mounts
•New diff bushing
•New Moog upper and lower control arm bushings
•New Moog ball joints
•New power steering pressure and return line hose
•Power steering cylinder bushing
•New front sway bar links
•4 new KYB shock absorbers
•NEW stainless steel O-ring calibers in the front
•New brake pads, front and rear
•Braided stainless steel brake hoses
•New parking brake shoes and hardware
•New rear parking brake cable
•4-wheel alignment
•New Kenwood AM/FM CD Stereo
•Four new speakers
•New steering wheel
•New lenses for gauges
•All light bulbs behind the dash replaced
•Two new front tires
•Four center caps

There is one issue with the car. The left fender is losing its bond.
Mileage: 79,000 miles
