Due to the long term effect of the economic down turn I'm forced to sell my 1973 Corvette convertible project. I purchased this car about three years ago, will the intent to restore the car to new condition. The frame off restoration is about 80% complete. I will start with the items that has been replaced, or restored. The frame was sand blasted and primed and painted with black frame paint(satin gloss). Brake lines, fuel lines, "A" frame bushing, upper/lower ball joints, fuel tank, with sending unit, u joints on drive shaft, and half shafts, brake lines (flex, and rigid), rebuilt calipers new pads, rebuilt rear swing arms, new complete exhaust system with stainless steal tips, new body mounts and bolts, new tires. The motor was replaced at one time or another with an GM hec-mex short block. The accessories appear to be original. New clutch in the M20 munice four speed transmission, new shocks, new windshield. Items not installed, new seat cushion, original radio interior compartment frame, interior screw kit, miscellaneous interior and exterior parts. The car comes with both tops. The car is running, and can be driven. The door windows are removed, all door seals are removed, body stripped to the glass, body work needs to be started. The car was wreaked in the front, a section of the front clip was replaced, the work is excellent, I mean a nine out of ten! The next step in the restoration is the body work and wiring, when I say body work, I mean priming and blocking the body, preparing for paint, no additional fiberglass work is needed. The factory seams are visable. The over-all body is in good shape, with the exception of the repair. Parts needed to complete the car, interior set carpet, door panels, seat covers, door seals, complete wiring harness. I have the original harness. The car is being sold as is, no warrany implied. I can be reached in the evening after 5pm 901 336-9335.
