Posted 07/13/2019 An incredible find 48k original miles in mostly original condition L82 220hp 350. Factory close ratio 4 speed manual transmission in an Original 25th Silver Anniversary (13/07 paint code) but with super rare code 762 Mahogany leather. This jewel wears what appears to be original paint and interior. There are two sets of t-tops the other set the paint looks just like the rest of this car. It appears it had a blow out on the driver's side and cracked the fiberglass (see photos). This car is a great running and driving car. We took it on trade on a super nice 78 L-82 4-speed S/A but of coarse it was double the price. A few upgrades have bee done before we got it: A new Champion aluminum radiator, ceramic coated headers with new aluminized exhaust system featuring a cross- over pipe and excellent sounding performance mufflers. This is a cool car to drive as is or restore to your liking. The original 8-track player works. I bet one might find the tank sticker and no telling what else if you pull the seats and carpet out. She has the numbers matching engine too. Crazily the 4 speed was one of the harder options to get in 1978. |
