| 1972 Corvette Coupe, Matching Numbers, 350 cu. in. 4-Speed, Two owners, 84,000 Miles Showing, Air Conditioned Car. The car has new brakes, tires, battery and new radiator. The car runs and drives well. The original color of the car is code 924 Silver Pewter – only 1,372 cars were painted this color. The car does need to be painted, but the body on the car is in excellent condition and does not appear to have ever been wrecked. All of the frame and body supports are solid. There is no rust anywhere that I can find on this car. The car has the correct matching numbers engine and transmission. The original owners manual and window sticker are in the car. All of the gauges work with the exception of the tach. It does not work because the previous owner installed a new distributor without tach drive. I have the factory tach drive distributor, but it is not in the car. The A/C compressor was removed by previous owner and then not hooked back up. All of the parts are there, but the system is not charged. The interior needs to have new carpet, door panels and seat covers. All of the dash panels and headliner panels are in good shape without cracks except for one small crack in the speaker area of the upper dash pad. Something that I forgot to mention about the car is that it has an original Bias-Ply F70-15 Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread spare tire still in the carrier. The original spare tire lock was still in place and with a little lube, works well. The tire is in really good shape with only minor cracking and plenty of tread. It also appears to have the original t-top storage covers stored in the upper storage compartment of the rear storage area. Price: US $14,200.00 |
